The Yuen Method of Healing

The body mind connection

Elena Eustache Yuen MethodThe body mind connection has been studied for thousands of years in ‎China and the Far East. Life force (Qi) or Prana is the energy running in ‎our bodies. This is the underlying principle of Chinese medicine and the ‎Martial Arts. This knowledge has been integrated into the Western ‎alternative healing methods.‎

Feelings and emotions are stored in the body on a cellular level.
During our lifetime our body experiences physical and mental ‎challenges that we usually recall. We are unaware however that from ‎the day we are born (and some say in previous lives), our countless ‎conscious and subconscious memories, feelings and emotions are ‎stored in the body on a cellular level. They will affect our lives physically ‎mentally and spiritually if they haven’t been properly processed.‎

View point on Western and Eastern Medicine. What makes them ‎different?‎
In Western Medicine health is separated from the disease whereas in ‎Eastern Medicine its’ approach is holistic, seeing the body, soul and ‎mental state as a whole and in order to stay healthy, we aspire to keep ‎it in balance.‎

Dr Kam Yuen

Dr Kam Yuen, prominent Shaolin Kung-Fu grandmaster created The ‎Yuen Method of by merging ancient Chinese wisdom together with the ‎‎21st century quantum field theory, biochemistry and neuroanatomy. ‎The idea that there is a direct connection between our physical and ‎mental state and our body memories is the basis of his method. ‎
It is an inspirational and extremely effective and fast method whereby ‎the practitioner senses the patient’s field, receives sensations, images ‎and other intuitive information. By using the physical body’s reaction to ‎the intuitive questions or statements while being treated, the patient ‎becomes aware of the connection of the hidden emotion, thought or ‎memory in his body to his physical affliction. By removing the ‎connection between the two, relief is immediate.‎
Just as a computer expert can access data that seems to have ‎vanished from our work screen into cyberspace, the right healer can ‎access our data from our body and use the information for Healing.

Love and Relationship Coaching

Love is Commitment

Elena Eustache Relationship CoachLove is commitment and we often don’t keep commitments to our self or others yet we seek love. How is that work. If I don’t truly love my self or someone else because I keep breaking commitments – how do I create loving relationship. Love is giving and receiving there needs to be balance , boundaries and communication. We often complain about the significant other or the lack of one in our ‎life. It seems as if the one we chose is long gone and the person in front ‎of us is an imposter.‎

Many of us are looking for a loving partnership. We have created a ‎vision of the perfect partner who generally does not quite fit the picture ‎we conjured in our mind. It does not ever occur to us that perhaps we ‎are not ready for a relationship and the universe reflects this to us time ‎and time again. When we are ready we shall overlook the ‎discrepancies between the list and the reality and experience a ‎relationship. ‎

There is very little interpersonal communication in this day and age. ‎Everyone seems to have a very personal relationship with their mobile ‎phone and computer. Just go to the first coffee shop and see what is ‎happening. We are communicating with anything except ourselves ‎and the person next to us. We do not want experience confrontation, ‎conflict and connection. When a date does not work out we rush home ‎back to the dating website to find a new and more suitable partner. ‎Sometimes it works but for the majority of us we keep trying to find love.‎ But unless our own heart is healed it is rarely possible to attract someone whole in our life too. The work and change starts within first.

If the core of our essence remains the same during our lifetime, how ‎come the person we meet and fell in love with seems so disconnected ‎from whom he/she was when we fell in love. Did they really change so ‎much or is it the circumstances, the lack of time, the stress over finance ‎and the sleepless nights taking care of children that changed? ‎

Sometimes all we need is a little guidance to check ourselves, our needs ‎and our dreams in order to establish or reestablish a relationship.‎

Elana Eustache is a professional relationship coach. She offers one-on-‎one and couple counseling and is devoted to helping men and ‎women learn to express their wants and needs with integrity and ‎honesty.‎

It’s just after lunch. You have cleared up the kitchen. All is in ‎place and you give a sigh of relief. You put water on to boil for ‎tea, gather the book you are dying to finish and your two ‎middle children who generally get on so well, start arguing. ‎The tones get higher and higher and you hear a sudden ‎yell, then a crash and then a cry. At that exact moment, ‎the phone rings and you pick up automatically. It’s your ‎mom. While you are juggling between listening and ‎answering her questions, your heart is pounding and the ‎blood is rushing to your head. You start to say “Mommy the ‎kids are fighting, I have to go to see ……” but she carries on ‎and you do not have the heart to stop her story. You ‎repeatedly cover the phone and shout “Children, what is ‎going on there”?‎
Just then your adolescent daughter screams at you from ‎the top of the stairs that she needs to be taken to the mall ‎right NOW and then your baby wakes up crying from all the ‎noise. ‎

Parent Counselling

They say that that we need a certificate to do anything in ‎this world except to become a parent. There is no ‎qualification or certificate required to bring a child into this ‎world. ‎

You are at work. The kindergarten teacher calls to say that ‎your child is sick and needs to be taken home. You are in the ‎middle of an important project and you call your spouse ‎who too is otherwise engaged and can absolutely not ‎leave his/her job to pick up the child. You go to your supervisor ‎and explain that you must leave immediately. Concern, ‎Resentment, Anger and Frustration builds up. As you take ‎your feverish child home, your heart filled with compassion, ‎you seethe. Your other child is so happy to have you home ‎that you forget how angry and resentful you feel. However, when your ‎spouse comes home after the children are in bed, he or she ‎throws their briefcase down and says: “My Goodness, what ‎a day!” You explode.‎

Parenting or child rearing is a full time job and as the child ‎grows up, changes and diversifies, so do the challenges.‎
The miracle of a child in our lives is a catalyst that will ‎transform our inner and interpersonal relationships. As a ‎family grows, parents need to adapt and adjust in order to ‎integrate each child into a new family constellation.‎
Parenting is a process that contains, protects and guides ‎this innocent being from infancy, through childhood and ‎adolescence into adulthood. At different stages of a child’s ‎development there are different physical, mental, social, ‎emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs which all need to ‎be addressed. ‎
How do we manage to consider everyone’s changing ‎needs including your own and create a functional family ‎while keeping sane?‎
No matter how loving or dedicated we are, bringing up ‎children can be overwhelming at times and we all need ‎direction as well as a sense of humor.‎
Family counseling is a way to learn to understand and ‎communicate your feelings to each other. By reducing ‎strain one reduces repetitive conflicts. We learn how to ‎cope with and recognize signs that can help us deal with ‎new situations more easily and therefore give us more time ‎to enjoy the rewards of having a family. ‎

Elena Eustache is a multifaceted human being. She is an ‎actress, stand up comedian and a relationship coach. She ‎appeared on “The Funniest Mom in America 3.” She counsels parents on how to be the best parent and person they can be.‎

Dowsing for Health and Wellbeing

Widely revered in the remarkable country of Egypt as far as 7000 years back, dowsing is a practice as steeped in mystery as the country it originated from. Although many common misconceptions exist, dowsing is not merely a method of finding water, minerals, oil or grave sites. This ancient art holds wide-ranging benefits not commonly recognized in modern society. It is a practical method of perceiving the subtle energies that are abundant throughout the world, albeit invisible. These energies have a direct impact on all living organisms and can adversely or constructively affect physical and mental health. Only through perception can negative energies be dispelled and positive energies be harnessed for personal enrichment and enhanced vitality.

Through the Ages

In history dowsing was used to locate auspicious premises for holy structures to be built. Pyramids, churches and temples in times past were constructed after consultation with highly esteemed dowsers. The specialist advice was also used when waging war. Positive and negative energy zones were detected and soldiers were instructed to drive enemy forces into the negative areas while fortifying their power by remaining on positive soil. This resulted in many great battles won by those who could afford the special service. In bygone eras dowsing was a restricted trade only taught to a small selection of individuals. The exclusivity resulted in the service being reserved for the royal, privileged and wealthy. Contemporary dowsing holds no such restrictions. Anybody can now study the ancient practice and the incredible range of benefits is accessible to more than just the affluent and elite.

Stress Lines and Negative Vortexes

One of the most harmful areas in which to live is near a Geopathic Stress Line. With dowsing it is possible to locate these lines and block negative vortexes. Mineral deposits, fault lines and underground streams and crevices all emanate natural electromagnetic frequencies. These negative vortexes are holes that run counter-clockwise and can run many miles deep. Human interference magnifies and distorts the natural radiation and causes it to become harmful to life forms. It drains the individual and puts strain on the immune system. The devastating results can range from insomnia and irritability to chronic fatigue and cardiovascular problems. The scars of the earth literally wreak havoc with our bodies when interfered with unnaturally. Further negative energy comes from cell and radio towers, circuit breakers and satellite dishes. Energy from electricity and the energy created by negative experiences also contribute to poor physical and mental health. While sleeping in these areas, many individuals experience what they believe to be insomnia and nightmares but is actually caused by the negative vortex. The effects are strong between midnight and 6 a.m. and most intense between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. At this time the body is not able to achieve adequate rest and is not able to regenerate while resting. Children are likely to cry in these areas and dogs will not sit down voluntarily in a negative vortex.

Benefits of Dowsing

There are both positive and negative vortexes around and in all of us. While it is not impossible, it is very difficult to cure negative vortexes. By consulting a dowser, this negativity can be dealt with. The dowser will assess the home environment using dowsing rods and place the rods in the areas that are negative. Neutralizing the area creates a powerful connection with the quantum field. When balance is restored and energy flow is corrected, individuals in the immediate area and nearby are immediately relieved. Auto-immune systems start to function optimally again and the healing begins.

Neurofeedback Treatment by Elena Eustache

About Neurofeedback

Our brain’s nerve cells emit electrical signals that arrange themselves in what is known as brainwave patterns. These patterns affect everything we do and everything we are: Our emotions, thoughts, chemical balance, and so forth. Neurofeedback, also known as EEG Biofeedback, is a technique to change your state of mind by addressing problems of “brain disregulation”.

An Electroencephalogram (EEG) can show us when our brain is not functioning well. By finding out about our brain wave functioning and characteristics, we can learn to change them. Neurofeedback is a learning technique to direct our brain function and enable us to alter our brain activity to more appropriate patterns. Much like with physical exercise, it requires us to challenge our brain in order to train it to function better.

What conditions can it help?
Neurofeedback addresses some of the more intractable brain disregulation issues (both physical and behavioral). These include but are not limited to: ADD, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Depression, eating disorders, Conduct Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, emotional disturbances, drug or alcohol addiction, PMS, Autism, sleep disorders, migraines, headaches, Cerebral Palsy, birth trauma, and seizures.

Advantages of Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a natural method to help you improve your emotional and physical health. It uses no drugs and, instead, helps you learn to maintain routines that build up your brain function. As you keep practicing, it will get easier, kind of like exercising a muscle. Almost any brain can be trained to function better; as it begins to function better, you can reduce or sometimes even eliminate the need for medication all together.

How often does Neurofeedback take place?
Initially, Neurofeedback sessions usually take place 2-3 times per week. As symptoms lessen, the sessions are cut back. About 20-40 Neurofeedback sessions are required for most conditions because it will take you time and dedication to train your brain to restructure itself.
